You could've seen the 
PECULIAR-RELATIONSHIPS 
in the following In-Laws:

There won't be much CONFLICTS 
between Son-In-Law and Father-In-Law.

There won't be much CONFLICTS 
between Son-In-Law and Mother-In-Law.

There won't be much CONFLICTS 
between Daughter-In-Law and Father-In-Law.

But, 
there WILL be CONFLICTS 
between Daughter-In-Law and Mother-In-Law.

Why conflicts are occurring only between these two women-in-laws...?

There will a justification that it's all happening only because of 'some' psychological problems.

Let all the psychological problems be as such.

Will it be FAIR to the women's community...?

Will it be FAIR to the women's community 
to have disputes with 
same sex relatives, neighbors, friends, colleagues etc.,?

From my theory, 
all these conflicts are occurring only because of having 
SAME SEX - GENDER relationships.

That is woman of MANLY (MASCULINE) type and 
women of WOMANLY (FEMININE) type 
WILL NOT 
have any conflicts or disputes.

Likewise man of MANLY (MASCULINE) type and 
man of WOMANLY (FEMININE) type 
WILL NOT
have any conflicts or disputes.

It's immaterial, whether they are man or woman.

A good, smooth relationship could be possible only 
between manly and womanly persons.

There are criticisms 
about man-to-man and woman-to-woman relationships.

Even in those relationships, it's NOT REALLY 
man-to-man and woman-to-woman relationships.

Coming to the question of 
"Why CONFLICTS are occurring only between Daughter-In-Laws and Mother-In-Laws...?"

Conflicts will occur, 
only if both are manly type or both are womanly type.

Is there any solution to solve these issues...?

If anybody really wants to come-out from this issues, 
please TRY to understand this concept, 'ADJUST' their 'NATURE' to 'SUIT' with others.

My ultimate aim to publish this articles is, 
only to educate and to solve the WOMEN ISSUES, 
easily by themselves.
