You must welcome the new liberators.

then also you will be ELIGIBLE 
for the 'so-called' liberations.

Even though you don't REQUEST the liberators 
to liberate you from your rulers, 
if your rulers are 'NOT ADJUSTING' with them, 
then also you will be COMPELLED 
for the 'so-called' liberations.
