Do they really know everything about 'divine child birth delivery'...?

Some claim all these things as 'just' Nature or Natural Phenomena!

Others claim that all these things are happening because of Some Supreme Power!

Why don't we call The Nature, Natural Phenomena, Some Supreme Power, as GOD, OUR KNOWN GOD, OUR OWN GOD?
