First of all, let us see, what is 'good sleeping habit'.

From our point of view, we used to define the 'good sleeping habit' as 'sleep-blessings' and 'bad sleeping habit' as 'sleep-disorders'!

 

The 'good sleeping habit' - 'sleep-blessings' are:

One has to sleep, whenever he/she wants to...!

One has to sleep, wherever he/she wants to...!

One has to sleep, at whatever situation, as per his/her wish...!

One has to sleep, any longer time, as per his/her wish...!

One has to have sound sleep, whenever he/she sleep!

 

Likewise, one has to be awoke, whenever he/she wants to...!

Likewise, one has to be awoke, wherever he/she wants to...!

Likewise, one has to be awoke, at whatever situation, as per his/her wish...!

Likewise, one has to be awoke, any longer time, as per his/hers wish...!

 

One should not be drowsy at any time.

If awake from sleep, one should get immediate freshness.

 

The 'bad sleeping habit' - 'sleep-disorders' can be defined that who are all NOT having the 'good sleeping habit' - 'sleep-blessings'.

 

It can be achieved by anyone, if practicing gradually, irrespective of having any Number Segment. 

But for the one and only person, who is having one single number of 2, anywhere in his Birth Segment, Calling Name(s) and Name Segment, will be having all this 'sleep-blessings' or will be suffering by  'sleep-disorders'.

It will be severe, if 2 repeats more than ones or, if 2 is associated with 5 and 9.

 

It can be prevented and cured by proper medical advices and treatments.

It can also be prevented and cured by balancing the Number Segments.
