It doesn't matter, if it happens occasionally.
But it does matter, either it happens regularly
or disturbs physical and mental
conditions. Use the sleeping
place,
a regular place. Use the sleeping
time,
a regular time. Use
the sleeping place
like bedroom or bed, only at the time of sleepy.
If don't fall into sleep within certain time, wakeup from the bed,
sit down somewhere, watch TV, listen music, read books, or engage with some
work. Again go to bed,
only at the time of sleepy.
If don't fall into
sleep again, then repeat the process. Never
ever lie on the bed, if don't feel sleepy. Never ever say
like,
"I must sleep",
"I have to sleep", "I need sleep". Never ever worry
for the sleeping. Worrying for it, will only make it worst.
If slept for only shorter time
and woke up, feel satisfied for
having sound sleep, at least for some time. Sleeping is the
God's Gift! Sleeping is an excellent natural therapy
to relax, giving energy & efficiency, keeping us in good physical and mental health.
We can easily habituate the sleeping system, as per our own wish.
Whenever we want to have sleep, we can. Whenever we want
to be awaken, we can. Let us not worry
for not having the sleep! Let us not ask
again, "Why I don't feel sleepy at bed time...?" we
can!
